A day to celebrate 40 years of slam
A day we hope will become annual and universal
A worldwide event of Poetry Slam
 

Objective: to make this day a global celebration of Poetry Slam,
carried by the voices of everyone,
in order to introduce our art form to ever wider audiences,
organizations, and venues.

Already more than 50 cities in France and 30 countries are mobilizing, Chicago as well…
and we hope you will join us too!

There is no need to wait for official recognition: we are our own institution.

Organization and Operations
The framework of this day is simple, the organization is free and open: you, at home, in your own way, according to your wishes and your means.
Anyone individuals or organizations who wishes to do so may register their events online below, allowing them to be shared,highlighted, and counted among the actions carried out.
